Clean and reasonable price to stay. For me, it's cheap to have lunch at the cafe on the ground floor. It's easier to access the station. Even though It was raining, i could go to the supermarket or food coat near the hotel as there was a roof.

Lots to do. But you need a car if you stay in outskirts.
Lots to do. But you need a car if you stay in outskirts. Traffic can be bad at peak hours so travelling time is a factor. Roads are not well designed and missing turns can result in re routing that takes up time. Plan your trips and itinerary. Grab is available but GPS driving can sometimes be longer as roads changes can occur, with directions changing.
KL has lots to offer. People are warm and if you speak Malay, even better. Food is great. Good food can be scattered, make you do your research and be ready to wait for good food.

The city is quite awesome with many attractions.
The city is quite awesome with many attractions. We spent 5 days in Malaysia so we did not do any trips outside the city. I think 7 or 8 days with have given us an opportunity to make a few day trips. It is very easy to get around the city and book tours.

🌟 Amazing Kuala Lumpur Experience
🌟 Amazing Kuala Lumpur Experience
Kuala Lumpur exceeded expectations with its incredible food, prime location, and affordable amenities. Surpassing even Hong Kong and Singapore, the city offers a unique blend of nature and modernity. The lush greenery surrounding the area adds to its charm, while the artistic architecture showcases its modern side. Kuala Lumpur proves to be a vibrant and cost-effective destination, where one can enjoy both the wonders of nature and the allure of urban living.

I love the city, but it was too hot (apparently there wdñas a heatwave).
I travelled during public holiday, which meant real difficulties getting grab (ride hailing app, like uber) and had to wait minimum 10 minutes at best everytime.

We spent 7 days in KL.
We spent 7 days in KL. We visited a lot of great buildings, temples, malls, coffee shops and more. Malaysian food like nasi lemak was so good! i almost eat at least once a day.
The only downside of our tour was it was super hot since we visited in April. It was so hard to do the city tour coz we had to walk to visit the buildings since the buildings are just few mins away from each other. Also taxis are so expensive! They don't want meter. so it is more convenient to use grab instead of riding taxi. but overall it was a great trip!
- Convenient location, 5min walk to the back of Fahrenheit (go out of the hotel, turn right and right again). There's an underpass to Pavilion from Fahrenheit.
- Helpful concierge team who assisted us with our massage appointment and advised us on the best route to airport.
- Great facilities, saw many Singaporeans were wondering around the hotel to check out the facilities.
- Away from the busy road of Bukit Bintang, hence there is a shortcut to the expressway to KLIA.
This hotel is perfectly located, just next to the Sentral train and subway station, including express train to the airport. And directly connected the a large mall with plenty of dinning choices.
The hotel is modern, clean, nice decoration.
The breakfast buffet is outstanding with large choice of food, and still relaoded even a few minutes before closing.
The room is very clean, very nice bathroom with large walk-in shower,
I will definitely come back.
Convenient location close to Sentral. Easily accessible by train if you're taking the ERL from the airport to Sentral as the hotel is connected to the Bangsar station. Walkable distance to cool cafes and bars around the Bangsar area. Hotel staff were hospitable and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was huge considering the price we paid. Complimentary coffee, tea and snacks for our floor. Great experience overall.
It was cheap(ish)
For a 3 star hotel, the toilet paper is better than when I was at Pacific Regency which is meant to be a 5 star hotel. So good on you Min Cott for looking after my behind better than a 5 star hotel!
Please don't think of this as a stay away.
It passes and is clean, would be better if they supplied slippers but it is a good place if you are extremely tight on budget
We stayed for 3 nights and although the room & bathroom were compact, it was comfortable, modern, clean and well equipped, incl bar fridge, slippers & mini safe.
Breakfast is complimentary and has a decent spread and caters for both Western & Asian preferences.
The hotel is a reasonably short walk from the bustling, Bukit Bintang/Lot 10 area.
The location is good, walking distance to Pavilion/Bukit Bintang area and Suria KLCC/Petronas Twin Tower, which already covers the best spots of KL, especially for shopping. Hotel is very new, staff are super accommodating and helpful. Breakfast buffet selection was limited but the food quality was great.
I recently visited Bitz Bitang Hotel at bukit bintang and I must say, it was an awesome experience! The attention to detail and the well-painted ambiance truly added to the overall charm of the hotel. Highly impressed with the decor and atmosphere. Will definitely be returning!
Room was bigger than I expected as I've stayed at several budget hotels in the same area and they were smaller. And I know most hotels here claim to be central to KL Sentral, but this hotel is literally at the escalator to KL Sentral station
Good transit hotel very close the KL Sentral and the airport express. The room was clean and functional located in the Indian sector so plenty of good food options just a few minutes away. We left early so didn’t have breakfast.
The staff (Mohammed) was very nice and quick to respond.
The location of the hotel was in Bukit Bintang area, which had alot of market + super market and they were cheaper than other area.
All services were good as expected.
The location in Bukit Bintang is must valuable factor for this hotel. The price is also affordable and reasonable specially if you plan for long stay. The cleaning services is very good compared to such hottel
I like the view from the window which was the twin towers. It was like you're staying in a 5 stars hotel from its view. The pool is also available even for those who are paying cheaper rent.
Great location near KL Sentral station, easy to get in and out of the city. Lots of eateries and convenient store nearby. The hotel is well maintained and budget friendly.
unexpected stay 😭 from the outside looks like budget hotel, inside exactly like 5star 😂 I’m working on 5 star hotel and literally can’t compare with this stay 🏄🏻♀️
Good location in Bukit Bintang, clean hotel, parking was for free. Appreciate the shift manager Ms. Suzan for her cooperation and problem solving attitude.
