It was a busy little place, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was wonderful, such large portions too. The breakfast was best I’ve ever had.

Fabulous! There's no way this should be rated less than 10/10 The building has been transformed from a mill to a beautiful hotel, comfortable and clean, friendly staff, absolutely fantastic bed and showers. Best sleep I've had in ages! The rooms are warm and well furnished. Part of the same building is local brewery, an amazing food hall and, cinema Absolutely fantastic location 5 min walk from the main street and castle in Clitheroe We will definitely be staying again

I couldn't praise this accommodation enough, from start to finish the landlord and his staff were so helpful pleasant and professions. The village is beautiful, room was stunning, rain shower was heaven and some lovely touches, including a breakfast hamper and fresh milk in the fridge. I was by myself travelling for work and they even brought my dinner to the room. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you so much. I will definitely be back !

Enjoyed the breakfast which had a varied choice. I chose the smoked salmon and avocado which was ani e change from just the full English. We enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant which was excellent and great value.

This was our first stay. We were very impressed with the whole experience. Staff were welcoming. The food both dinner and breakfast was excellent. The hotel sits in lovely grounds. Our room, we booked a suite, The Ribble Suite was very comfortable with the most amazing four poster bed. Our only initial concern was the height of the base of the bed to get in and out of (we are in our seventies) however we coped admirably! The bed was very comfortable.The bathroom was large with a bath and a walk in shower. We couldn’t fault the hotel, would happily recommend it and we will return.
